Frequently asked questions about Daimonia and Agent-to-Agent Marketing.

What is Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Marketing?

When users ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or DeepSeek a question, it is each platform's AI agent that filters information and makes the recommendation. A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Marketing means marketing happens directly between agents: our marketing agents run the five-step loop (Define, Build, Create, Amplify, Measure) on your brand's behalf, continuously supplying accurate, consistent, verifiable brand facts to every AI platform, and the AI your customers use reads, trusts, and cites them. Being recommended in AI answers (the visibility GEO solves) is only the first-layer result of this paradigm. Beyond it comes having AI understand your brand and products precisely, and recommend you to the people whose needs actually match.

How does A2A Marketing relate to GEO?

AI answer visibility (GEO) is the core piece of A2A Marketing, but not the whole of it. GEO gets your brand recommended in AI search; beyond it, we also offer Brandwiki, AI-Friendly Websites, a Digital Media Agent, AI Marketing Consulting, and a Trends Radar. Together these six product lines run the full loop: Define, Build, Create, Amplify, Measure.

What is GEO?

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is what we call AI answer visibility: a brand optimization strategy for AI search. The goal is to make your brand appear in the answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and other AI assistants, and to have them mention, cite, and recommend you. GEO is one of the six product lines within A2A Marketing.

How does GEO relate to SEO?

AI answer visibility (GEO) doesn't replace SEO; it's the layer on top of it. SEO answers “can search engines find you?”; GEO goes further and answers “can AI understand you, cite you, and recommend you?”. Strong SEO is a prerequisite for effective GEO.

What kind of companies is GEO for?

Three signals say you need AI answer visibility (GEO): buyers seek recommendations before deciding (“who’s good”, “how do I choose”); the decision carries high trust stakes and high ticket size, so choosing wrong is costly; and the business runs on reputation and referrals, which AI answers are now redistributing. The more of these apply, the sooner visibility is worth fixing. For what this looks like in your specific industry, our guides cover 14 groups and 88 verticals at the granularity people use to describe their own trade. If your goal goes beyond being seen (running fact supply as a continuous loop), see “What kind of companies is A2A Marketing for?”.

What services do we offer?

We offer six product lines: AI Answer Visibility (GEO); Brandwiki, a structured brand fact base where every fact is sourced and approved by you; AI-Friendly Websites that carry those facts in a form AI can crawl and read; a Digital Media Agent that creates brand content and distributes it across platforms; AI Marketing Consulting that takes you from diagnosis to rollout; and a Trends Radar that monitors trends in real time and suggests content. You can use just one of them, or combine them into a full program.

Can these services be used on their own, or only as a full bundle?

You can use them on their own. The six product lines work on their own or combine into a full program. We usually start with a free diagnosis to see where you stand, recommend the one or two lines worth doing first, and expand from there once results show.

Is the content the Digital Media Agent produces high quality and safe?

Yes. The agents handle execution (topics, drafts, layout, and distribution), while our team owns strategy and pre-publish review. All outbound content is fact-checked and reviewed against your brand voice for accuracy and consistency before it goes live on each platform.

How do we measure the results of A2A Marketing?

We measure two core metrics through anonymous stress testing: AI recommendation rate (the share of relevant AI answers featuring your brand) and fact citation rate (the share of AI answers citing your content). Clients we've served measure 86% and 72%. On top of the two rates, we weight the query set across brand, category, and scenario tiers into AMI (AI Mindshare Index): one number that tracks your overall standing in AI's understanding.

How long does it take to see results?

It depends on your starting point. Clients with almost no online presence typically see measurable AI visibility gains within 4–8 weeks; brands with an existing online presence see results faster.

Is it too early to start A2A Marketing?

No, for two reasons. First, the shift has already happened: 88.6% of Chinese consumers consult AI before buying, and numbers elsewhere point the same way: your customers are asking AI today. Second, AI knowledge settles in layers: some of what models cite at answer time makes its way into the training corpora of later models, gradually becoming knowledge the model simply has. The facts you supply now shape more than today's answers. Nobody can promise how much or how fast that settling happens, but the direction is clear: this work has an order to it, and brands that start earlier build a deeper base.

AI is getting facts about our brand wrong. Can that be fixed?

Yes, this is one of the core things we do. When AI gets your brand wrong, it's usually not simple hallucination: the information it retrieved was outdated, contradictory, or secondhand. The fix is supply: structure the accurate brand facts in a verifiable form, place them on the sources each AI crawls, and give citations something solid to rest on. We track this with fact accuracy (how much of the brand information AI has picked up is correct) and correct errors item by item. Changes propagate on each platform's crawl cycle rather than instantly, but the direction is controllable.

What kind of companies is A2A Marketing for?

The test is whether your customers make decisions inside AI: if buyers ask AI for recommendations, comparisons, or verification before choosing, you need A2A Marketing. From our delivery experience, two kinds of companies see the most direct returns: professional-services firms with deep offline reputations but thin online facts: invisible to AI, so supplying facts has the highest marginal payoff; and brands in competitive, high-trust categories, including those going global or entering China, where the accuracy and consistency of brand facts decides whether AI dares to recommend you at all. If visibility is all you need for now, start with the GEO line alone; running fact supply, content creation, and measurement as a continuous loop is the full A2A Marketing.

Which markets and AI platforms do we cover?

We cover both the China and global markets. In China we cover Doubao, DeepSeek, Qwen, Tencent Yuanbao, Kimi, and other leading AI assistants; internationally we cover ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and more. We have hands-on experience in each market's AI ecosystem, and we support both expanding abroad and entering China.

Can you do GEO yourself?

Yes, and there are three ways. The easiest is our service: marketing agents take the whole chain from diagnosis to monitoring on your behalf, people approve the key decisions, and results are checked against AI recommendation and fact citation rates. The second is self-serve with our product (in beta): agents handle diagnosis, production, and monitoring while you set the pace. The third is fully by hand: build an AI-readable site, keep producing content across platforms, and track every AI engine yourself. It works, but crawler behavior, testing methodology, and platform rules all have to be learned the hard way, and the real cost is far higher than it looks; we don't recommend it. For most brands the sensible first step is a free diagnostic to see where you stand, then choose a path.

How are you different from AI visibility monitoring tools?

Monitoring tools (the report-and-recommendations kind) solve knowing: they tell you where you're invisible and why. We solve getting it done: after diagnosis, our marketing agents execute the fixes directly (infrastructure, content, distribution, authority), and monitoring is the loop's last step, not the whole offer. If you have an execution team and only lack measurement, a monitoring tool is enough; if you want someone accountable for the end result, you need end-to-end delivery.

How do you get started with us?

Contact us to book a free diagnosis. We'll assess your brand's standing across major AI assistants and give you recommendations from diagnosis through rollout. You can move in phases: run one round, see the results, then decide the next step.

How do you charge?

A base service fee plus performance-based pricing: fees are tied to results. The exact plan is tailored to your brand's current state and goals; we'll discuss details after a free diagnosis.

We already have a content team. How does this work alongside them?

AI answer visibility (GEO) doesn't replace your content team. We handle the technical diagnosis, structured optimization, and ongoing monitoring for AI visibility; your team continues producing content and managing day-to-day operations. Each side does what it's best at: complementary, not competing. Many clients add GEO as a layer on top of their existing team.

What do we need to provide on our end?

Two things: brand fundamentals (product information, domain expertise, team background), and the necessary website access when we optimize the technical foundation. Day-to-day execution and monitoring are on us, with no bandwidth drain on your team.
